Account Security
Protecting Your Scaterna Login Credentials
Your Scaterna login credentials are the keys to your account, your balance, and your personal information. Keeping them safe should be a habit — not an afterthought. Here's what we recommend for every Filipino player.
Use a password you don't use anywhere else
A password reused from your email, GCash, Maya, or social media is a major risk. If one of those accounts gets compromised, your Scaterna login could be exposed too. Create a unique password that's at least 10 characters, mixing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
Log out on shared devices
If you ever complete a Scaterna login on a phone or computer that belongs to someone else — a family member's tablet, a friend's laptop, an internet cafe PC — always log out when you're done. Don't let the browser save your password on devices you don't personally control.
Watch out for phishing attempts
Scam messages pretending to be Scaterna may try to redirect your login to a fake site. Scaterna will never ask for your password via SMS, Facebook message, or chat. Always check the browser address bar before you type anything. The real login page is at scaterna.best.
Update your password if something feels off
If you suspect your login details may have been seen by someone else, update your password immediately through the account settings. Contact Scaterna support if you notice any activity on your account that you did not authorize. Acting fast limits potential damage.
Reminder: Scaterna staff will never ask for your full password or your one-time verification code. If anyone claiming to be Scaterna asks for these details, stop the conversation and report it through our official contact channels.
